The Evi Doll Women’s Co-operative began in 1988 in Sao Paulo Brazil with the intention of teaching women the art of doll making and providing them with an opportunity to support their families financially while working from home.
Lovingly handcrafted in the Waldorf tradition each doll is bendable allowing children to pose them in a variety of stances including sitting, standing, bending and “holding”. The simple facial features allow children to create their own imagination and expression.
Made from pure cotton fabrics and stuffed with pure wool, each mini doll has it’s own individual character. Clothes are not removable and fabrics and colours may vary from those pictured.
